[담당업무]

- Manage and oversee team activities including resourcing of staff, staff assignments and quality control ect

- Evaluate workload, quality, performance as CRA line manager

- Provide on-board training for new team members or staff

- Perform observation/training /sign-off visits/QA visit for CRAs

- Complete routine administrative tasks in a timely manner

[지원자격]

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or health related field or related discipline

- Minimum 8 years of team management experience
