Operating QMS
GMP compliance
Ensure that all drug products are released to the market in accordance with the internal SOPs and local/international regulations.
Conduct Quality Risk Assessment and annual product quality review.
update the SOPs, where necessary

Complete PQR
Manage the Change control process, deviation, returns, and recall, complaints
Perform self-inspection and develop the reports.
Update packaging materials such as the label and leaflet if any changes occur.
Review the documents of contracted warehouse such as temperature data logger, mapping test, pest control and cleaning.
Provide SOP and KGSP training to related employees.
Review QA agreement
Handle government audits or external audits
Train QA and GMP information to employees
Vendor management
