[주요업무]
- 글로벌/국내 파트너링 및 라이선스 아웃(L/O) 지원: 혁신 신약 파이프라인의 기술수출, 공동 연구개발 등
전략적 제휴를 위한 실무 전반 서포트
- 시장 조사 및 파이프라인 분석: 타깃 질환(안과, 혈관 질환 등)의 글로벌 시장 동향, 경쟁 약물(Competitor) 현황, 잠재적
파트너사 발굴 및 타당성 분석
- Due Diligence(기술 실사) 및 VDR 운영: 파트너링 관련 과학적·임상적 데이터 패키징 지원 및 가상 데이터룸(Virtual Data Room)
관리
- 비즈니스 계약 및 문서 검토 지원: 비밀유지계약(CDA), 물질이전계약(MTA), 텀시트(Term Sheet) 등 주요 영문 계약서 실무 검토
및 내/외부 법무 자문과의 조율 서포트
- Alliance Management 지원: 기존에 체결된 글로벌 라이선스 파트너사와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 마일스톤 관리 보조
[자격요건]
-학사 학위 이상 (생명과학, 약학, 화학, 의학 등 바이오/제약 관련 전공)
-제약/바이오 산업 유관 경력 3년 이상 (BD, 기획, 임상/연구 프로젝트 관리 등)
-우수한 비즈니스 영어 역량- Fluent English (글로벌 파트너사와의 영문 이메일 소통 및 화상 회의 필수)
-신약 개발 전 주기(Drug Development Cycle)에 대한 기본적인 이해도
-치밀하고 꼼꼼한 업무 처리 능력 및 높은 수준의 책임감4. 우대 사항 (Preferred Qualifications)
-석/박사 학위 소지자 또는 경영학 석사(MBA)
-글로벌 빅파마 또는 해외 바이오텍과의 라이선싱 계약 실무 참여 경험
-JP morgan, BIO USA, BIO Europe 등 해외 partnering 관련 참석 유경험자 또는 크로스보더(Cross-border) 딜 관련 업무 경험자

• Junior Manager, Business Development (Approx. 3–6 years of experience)
Responsibilities
• Partnering & L/O Support: Support operational execution for strategic alliances, out-licensing, and co-development.
• Market & Pipeline Analysis: Analyze global trends for target indications, monitor competitors, and identify partners.
• DD & VDR Management: Support data packaging for due diligence and manage the Virtual Data Room (VDR).
• Contract Review Support: Assist in reviewing key English agreements (CDA, MTA, Term Sheets) and legal coordination.
• Alliance Management: Assist in global partner communication and milestone tracking.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, or related fields).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Language: Fluent English (Excellent proficiency for emails and video conferences).
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Drug Development Cycle.
• Skills: Meticulous, detail-oriented work ethic with a high level of responsibility.
Preferred
• Master’s degree, Ph.D., or MBA.
• Hands-on experience in licensing deals with global Big Pharma or overseas biotech companies.
• Experience attending global partnering events (e.g., J.P. Morgan, BIO USA, BIO Europe).
• Experience handling cross-border transactions.
